As of May 7, 2017, after 37 years being in practice and serving our community Dr. Peter D'Silva will be retiring. In a letter to his patients Dr. D’Silva said “Over the past 37 years I have enjoyed taking care of you and your families, sharing moments of heartaches and happiness with many of you. It has always been my personal commitment to deliver quality and compassionate surgical care to the community.”

In January 2017, Dr. D’Silva moved his practice from Pre-Emption Road to Geneva General Surgical Associates office located at 200 North Street, Suite 203, in the Medical Office building adjacent to Geneva General Hospital.
Dr. D'Silva is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He attended medical school at St. John's Medical College in Bengaluru, India. He completed his internship at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, New York and residency at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut, followed by a year of fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut.
