Rochester Man in Heap of Trouble After Allegedly Running for Police

The defendant 42 year old Bradley Baum of Rochester was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny following a shoplifting complaint from Von Maur. The subject was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Vehicle and Reckless Driving after physically struggling with the arresting officer and fleeing the scene in a vehicle at a high rate of speed while being pursued by police.The defendant was arraigned in Victor Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5000 cash/$ 10,000 insurance bond. The defendant is scheduled to reappear in Victor Court at a later date to answer the charges.
