Accusations of Attempted Marijuana Sale Snubbed

David H. Montmarquet was arrested for attempted criminal sale of marijuana in the third degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree after an investigation revealed on January 20, 2014 on the Auburn Trail in the Village of Victor, he and another person attempted to sell more than 25 grams of marihuana to another person. The transaction was interrupted when Montmarquet and his accomplice were robbed of the drugs and Montmarquet brandished a knife. Montmarquet was issued an appearance ticket to return to the Victor Town Court at a later date. Other arrests are pending.
