On 04-24-12 at approximately QS51 The Victor Fire and Ambulance! Dept along with The Ontario County Sheriffs Office was dispatched to a 2 car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of State Route 96 and Lynaugh Rd in the Village of Victor.
Nancy Aldridgc was starting into traffic from Lynaugh Rd at which time she failed to yield the right of way to George Lane who was west bound on State Route 96. Mrs. Aldridge's vehicle then struck Mr. Lane's vehicle.
Mr. Lane was transported by Victor Ambulance to F.F. Thompson Hospital with complaints of neck,back and rib pain.
Mrs. Aldridgc was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign and will appear in the Village of victor at a later date to answer to the charge.
