The Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports, on 04/24/2012 Deputies arrested Curtis M. Burdick, age 54, of 2 Fall St. Apt. 2, Seneca Falls New York. The arrest stems from a warrant issued for Burdick for Probation Violation. Burdick was previously charged by the Seneca County Narcotics Division for Criminal Diversion of Prescription Medication 4th. Burdick failed to adhere to Seneca County Probations stipulations. Burdick was arraigned at the Town of Waterloo Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of no bail. He is scheduled to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 05/09/2012 at 9AM for a Probation Hearing.
