The Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports, on 04/23/2012 Deputies arrested Frank B. Turo IV, age 25, of 1008 Waterloo Geneva Rd., Waterloo, NY on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Syracuse Police Department. Turo was wanted for a Petit Larceny charge. Turo was turned over to the NYSP-Waterloo for questioning about a previous domestic incident that occurred earlier in the evening. He was then turned over to the Syracuse Police Department.
