On the 28th of April 201.2 at approximately 11:00 PM. Ontario County Sheriff Deputies arrested 42 year old Kristine L. Boylan for OWL Mrs. Boylan was stopped after the vehicle she was operating was observed failing to keep right as she traveled west on Ontario St. in the City of Canandaigua. Mrs. Boylan was issued the appropriate traffic tickets and will appear in the Canandaigua. City Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
