At 5:16 pm The OCSO was dispatched to the Eastview Mall at 200 Eastview Mall Drive in Victor for a public lewdness complaint. It is alleged that 57 year old Mr Steven Quigley urinated in a trashcan in front of an Eastview Mall entrance in plain view of the public. Mr Quigley was arrested for public lewdness and was arraigned in the Victor Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail on $200/400 bail. Mr Quigley will appear in the Victor Town Court at a later date to answer this charge.
