On 05/03/1,2 at or about 3:15 PM Ontario County Sheriff Deputies arrested Shane E. Smolinski on a bench warrant out of the Town of Williamson for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. Deputies had responded to his residence for a keep the peace after he had called 911 stating his girlfriend had thrown his belongings outside the residence. Smolinski was transferred to New York State Police and will be arraigned on the warrant.
