On 05/03/12 24 year old Mark Ronchi was arrested and charged with Reckless endangerment 2nd from an incident at the FLCC campus on 05/02/12 and AUO 2nd from driving a motor vehicle after his license was revoked. He was arraigned before the Hopewell Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
