On May 6th 2012 at about 2:39AM, Mrs. Bowerman was arrested from the result of a traffic stop on State Route 5&20 between County Road #47 and County Road #17 in the Town of Hopewell. Mrs. Elise Marie Bowerman was weaving within the eastbound lane and then was observed to abruptly pulled over to the east bound shoulder of SR5&20. Mrs. Bowerman was found to be intoxicated and a breath test revealed that her B.A.C was over twice the legal limit. She was issued traffic tickets for DWI and will appear in the Town of Hopewell Court at a later date.
