On 5/5/12 at approximately 10:18pm on State Route 20a in the Town of Richmond, Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies arrested Jeffrey A. Patterson for DWI. This occurred after Deputies effected a traffic stop upon Mr. Patterson's vehicle for Failure to Keep Right. Deputies discovered Mr. Patterson to be intoxicated and subsequently arrested him. Deputies charged Mr. Patterson with DWI, DWI Per Se .08% and Failure to Keep Right. Mr. Patterson was issued traffic citations and will appear in Richmond Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
