On 05-07-12, at approximately 1644hrs? located at the Canandaigua VA, Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies arrested Eduardo Arias on a bench warrant for failure to pay a fine that was imposed during his sentencing of a previous petit larceny conviction. The bench warrant was signed by Judge Wooden of Hopewell Town Court. After taken into custody Eduardo was brought before Judge Wooden and remanded to the Ontario County Jail on $300 bail or $600 insurance bond. He will return to Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
