On 05/07/12 at or about 7:51 PM Ontario County Sheriff Deputies arrested Lydia M. Marsillett for grand larceny in the fourth degree. She is an employee at the Victor Wal-Mart and is accused of stealing a customer's wallet that he accidently left at the store. Lydia was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will answer that charge in Victor Town Court on a later date.
