On May 8th 2012 at approximately 0457 Ontario County Sheriffs Office took custody of Steven N. Nash based on an arrest warrant signed by Judge Wooden. Mr. Utter failed to answer vehicle and traffic charges in Hopewell Town Court. He was transported to Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention and will answer to the charges at a later time.
