On 05-08-12 at 3:01pm Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding on County Road 11. in the Town of Gorham. 18 year old Daniel Encao was operating the vehicle and was found to be in possession of marihuana and arrested. He was issued an appearance tickets for unlawful possession of marihuana and speeding. He is to appear in Gorham Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
