23 year old Thomas A. Austin was arrested for criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree after an investigation revealed he possessed property that was reported stolen from a residential burglary in the Village of Naples. He was arraigned in the Naples Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance. He will return to answer the charge at a later date.
