On 05-09-12, at about 11:37 PM, Sheriffs Deputies arrested John Richard Cardona (50) of 103 Becker Street, Syracuse, for committing the crime of criminal trespass in the third degree. This occurred after Carbona entered and remained inside the Microtel at 7498 County Road 42, Town of Victor. Carbona had been previously warned to stay away from the property. He was arrested and issued an appearance ticket. He was released, to his own recognizance and will have to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
