Ontario County Sheriff deputies arrested Thomas Gordon, 27, for Petit Larceny and Endangering the Welfare of a Child after he took items from the Walmart Store in Geneva without paying for them. Thomas had three young children with him during the incident. Thomas was arraigned in Geneva Town Court and committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of 5000 cash/10,000 bond. He will answer the charges at a later date in Geneva Town Court.
