The Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports that on 5/7/2012 at 12:18pm, Deputies responded to State Route 89 in the Town of Fayette for a personal injury accident. Blonda B. Maitland, age 76 of 3419 route 89 in Seneca Falls New York was northbound on Route 89 when her vehicle left the roadway and drove into the ditch on the opposite side of the road, turning onto its drivers side and striking a tree. Maitland was transported to GGH via North Seneca Ambulance where she was treated for complaints of chest pain. The Canoga Fire Dept. assisted on scene.
