49 year old Susan Murphy was westbound out of Cobblestone Court intending to turn left onto Route 9 and 43 year old Kevin Budd was eastbound from Eastview Mall intending to go straight across the intersection onto Cobblestone Court and they collided. Ms. Murphy was transported to FF Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua NY via Perinton Ambulance where she was treated for minor injuries. She was issued a ticket for failure to yield right-of-way and will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge. Suzanne and Matthew Budd were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester NY via Victor-Farmington Ambulance where they were to be treated for minor injuries as well. Mr. Budd was uninjured.
