Richard Carl Shulte was arrested for Burglary in the 3rt Degree on 05/13/12 at 4:08 PM after an investigation by Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies. The defendant was caught inside the Old Castle Prefab building located at 155 State St in the Village of Manchester and he was in the process of stealing copper piping. The defendant implicated Robert Gerlock as an associate and he was also arrested for Burglary 3 at Wegman's in the City of Canandaigua. Both defendant's were arraigned in the Manchester Town Court and they were committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 insurance bond. They will return before the Manchester Town Court at a later date.
