On 05-13-12, at about 07:45 AM, James E. Everett (52) of 424 Terri Drive, Town of Farmington, was arrested for committing the crime of endangering the welfare of a child. This occurred after Sheriffs Deputies responded to the report of a disturbance outside Everett's residence. Further investigation revealed that Evereti struck a child less than 17 years of age in the face during a physical altercation. He was arrested and released with an appearance ticket. He will have to appear in Farmington Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
