The Ithaca Police Department responded to a reported robbery that had just occurred on the 100 block of W. State St., near the intersection with Cayuga St., at approximately 8:30 PM Saturday.
Initial investigation yields that one 24 year old female victim was accosted by one male, who robbed her of an undisclosed amount of money.
The victim was not injured during the incident. Investigation into this incident is on-going.
Police are investigating the matter.
