44 year old Joe Polimeni was arrested and charged with Harassment in the Second Degree after he allegedly threaten harm to a. motorist he had a disagreement with at The Company Store located in the Town of Canandaigua. Joe was arrested in the parking lot at the Naples High School. He was issued an appearance ticket and he will appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
