The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrests of two (2) juveniles after an investigation into the theft of a bicycle.
One (1) juvenile was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fifth degree.
The second juvenile was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fifth degree and Petit Larceny.
Both juveniles were issued Appearance Tickets to appear at the Seneca County Probation Department at a later date and time.
