Woman Arrested for Calling Victim Repeatedly

Alicia Wright was arrested, at her Waterloo residence for the charge of Aggravated Harassment in the second degree for calling a Town of Phelps resident after repeatedly being warned not to call. These calls annoyed and alarmed the victim. Wright was arraigned in Geneva Town Court by Geneva Town Justice Dox and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $500.00 cash bail or $1,000 bond to reappear in Phelps Town Court at a later date.
