At 2200 the OCSO responded to a larceny call at Eastview Mall. It is alleged that Aleksandr and Nataliya Kulikovskiy did steal $38.98 in coins from a fountain while with a young child. Both were arrested for petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child and will answer these charges in the Victor Town Court at a later date.
