Woman Issues Bad Check to Lima Business

On Wednesday, June 06, 2012 Melissa A. Metz, age 30, of 1812 Genesee Street, Village of Lima, was arrested at her residence on charges of Issuing a Bad Check. It is alleged that on October 12lth 2011, Ms. Mete uttered a check in the amount of $511.69 to Certified Automotive Repair Services at 8851 Routes 5 and 20 in the Town of West Bloom-field for which she had insufficient funds. Ms. Metz was issued appearance tickets for the charge and turned over to the Monroe County Sheriffs Office on an active arrest warrant from their agency. She will return to West Bloomfield Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
