The defendant 24 year old Terrence Tan-ell Francis was arrested based on a warrant issued by Hopewell Town Justice Nancy Wooden after he failed to appear in court in August of 2010 to answer charges of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree, and Passing a Stop Sign. He was arraigned in Hopewell Town Court and committed to the Ontario Co Jail in lieu of $ 2,500.00 cash bail, to reappear in court on June 19th.
