20 year old Shaunte Montano of Merced, California; 19 year old Jarime Hensen of Chino Valley, Arizona; 22 year old Amanda Holtzman of Christensburg, Virginia; and 22 year old Rhonda Anderson of Merced, California were arrested and charged with soliciting without a permit in the Town of Victor after numerous complaints from residents.
The individuals were selling magazines for a company called Independent Contractor's Service PO Box 480309 Delray Beach Florida 33448. They were arraigned before the W. Bloomfield Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. They are to appear before the Victor Town Court at a later date.
