On Monday July 2,2012 at approximately 9:40 pm Seneca Falls Police arrested 31 year old Vanessa Mercado of 10 Goodman Street, Geneva NY 14456. Mercado was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and leaving the scene of a property damage accident following an investigation into an incident that took place at a local housing complex in the midle of May. Mercado was arraigned in front of Justice Mattoon in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF in lieu of $2,000.00 cash bail / $4,000.00 ins. bond. Mercado is to return to Seneca Falls Town Court on 07/25/12 at 9:00 am.
