On 7/7/12 at about 9:47pm Ontario County Sheriffs along with Richmond Fire and Ambulance responded to County Road 37 in the area of Dugan Drive for a reported roll-over MVA. Upon arriving Deputies observed a grey 2004 Dodge Dakota to be off the west side of the roadway and on its top. 18-year old Jessica M. Manley of Lima who was operating the vehicle, swerved to miss a deer and ultimately traveled off the roadway and overturned. Ms. Manley complained of only pain and was transported to F.F. Thomspon Hospital in the City of Canandaigua to receive treatment.
