On 7/7/12, at approximately 8:45am 34-year old Timothy Walton was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued on 7/5/12 in Canandaigua Town Court by Judge Prull after the defendant failed to appear for a court proceeding. The defendant was arraigned by Judge Lew in Farmington Town Court and committed to jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1000 bond. Judge Prull also ordered that the defendant's 4-year old female Pit-bull named Cheyenne be secured at the Ontario County Humane Society for a period of 30 days so that it could be evaluated in order for him to determine if it should be deemed a dangerous dog.
