The Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports, on 07/03/2012 at 4:43PM Deputies arrested Joshua Manuel Soto, age 19, of 3202 SR 89, Savannah, NY. and charged him with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on Armitage Road in the Town of Tyre. Soto was a passenger in a vehicle and it is alleged that he was in possession of a quantity of marihuana. Soto was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear at the Town of Tyre Court on 08/07/2012 at 5:00PM.
