On 7/7/12 at about 9:47pm Ontario County Sheriffs along with Richmond Fire and Ambulance responded to County Road 37 in the area of Dugan drive for a reported roll-over MVA. Upon arriving Deputies observed a grey 2004 Dodge Dakota to be off the west side of the roadway and on its top. Jessica M. Manley, 18 year old female of Lima, NY who was operating the vehicle, swerved to miss a deer and ultimately traveled off the roadway and overturned. Ms. Manley complained of only pain and was transported to F.F. Thomspon Hospital in the City of Canandaigua to receive treatment.
