On 7/13/2012 at 2:25pm, 22-year old Samuel Slade, 24-year old Chardaee Crenshaw, and 24-year old Jeanine Hannah, all of Rochester, were arrested and charged with Grand Larceny 4th after selecting merchandise valued at $1416.28 while in the Victor K-Mart, loading said merchandise in shopping carts and exiting the store without paying for the merchandise. They were arraigned in Victor Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2500 cash/$5000 insurance bond. They are to reappear in Victor Town Court at a later date
