The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Juan R. Torres, age 33, of Waterloo on October 6th, 2012 at approximately 2:30am on William Street following the report of a disturbance. Torres was found to be in possession of a small quantity of cocaine. Torres was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and was released on an Appearance Ticket to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on October 18th, 2012 at 10am.
