On October 8, 2012, 22 year old Kayla Harris of Palmyra was taken into custody after being turned over by Trooper Gamach out of Troop 2E. The warrant is for failure to pay a fine out of Hopewell Town Court. Kayla was arraigned in Hopwell Town Court and committed to the County Jail in lieu of Bail.
