On 10-12-12, at or about 12:01PM, Sheriff Deputies arrested 19-year old Quintin L. Crosby of Rochester for petit larceny. This occurred after Crosby took a $35.00 sweater from JcPenny's in Eastview Mall, and exited the building without paying for it. Crosby was issued an appearance ticket and will answer to the charge at a later date in the Town of Victor Court.
