On October 27th 2012 47-year old James "Johnny" Collier of Geneva was arrested for trespass while at an address on Gambee Rd in the Town of Geneva. This was after he was caught going through the owner's dumpster attempting to steal scrap metal. Collier was released to appear in the Town of Geneva at a later date to answer to the charge.
