On October 27 at 12:46am Ontario County Sheriff Deputies arrested 23-year old Timothy Lyon Jr. of Penn Yan for Felony DWI after he was stopped on Lakeshore Drive in Canandaigua. Lyon was observed squealing his vehicles tires at a stop sign. Lyon was intoxicated and submitted to a breath test which revealed that his BAC was greater than .08. He has a previous DWI conviction in Yates County in October of 2011. Lyon was issued an appearance ticket to return to Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
