Wheeler, age 20, of 74 State St Seneca Falls, NY for Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a motor vehicle with .08% BAC or higher. The charges stem from a complaint received that Wheeler was intoxicated while operating a vehicle at a local Seneca Falls business. Wheeler was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11-1-12 at 10:00am.

Altimari, age 49, of 2 Fall St Apt 10 Seneca Falls, for Driving While Intoxicated, Operating with .08% BAC or higher, Aggravated DWI (.18% BAC or higher), and Speed not reasonable. Officers report the charges stem from a property damage motor vehicle accident where Altimari struck a pile of gravel in a parking lot in the Town of Seneca Falls and was found to be intoxicated. Altimari was released on traffic tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11-8-12 at 10:00am.
