41 year old Keith Blaker of Canandaigua was arrested for Stalking in the 4th degree after he went to the residence of a 31 year old female whom he has been told previously by law enforcement not to have any contact with, stemming from a September 2012 incident. Mr. Blaker drove by her residence and called her on the phone,
Mr. Blaker was arraigned before Farmington Town Justice Morris Lew and was released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued for the victim. He is to appear in the Victor Town Court at a later date
