34 year old Fred Albrecht of Canandaigua parked at the scene of a motor vehicle crash on County Road #4 between Smith Road & County Road #10 in the Town of Hopewell. He was found to be in an intoxicated condition and arrested. A breath test revealed that he was nearly three times the legal limit. Albrecht has a prior conviction for DWI in 2007 making this charge a felony. Albrecht was charged with Felony DWI, Common Law DWI and Aggravated DWI along with stopping on pavement. He will appear in the Town of Hopewell Court at a later date.
