On Thursday, November 01, 2012 Destiny Rodman, age 17, of Phelps was arrested at the Kohl's store located at 439 Commerce Drive in the Town of Victor and charged with Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Ms. Rodman stole two clothing items with a total value of $62.00. She was issued an appearance Ticket and released; she will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
