On 11/03/12, around 12:10am, 20-year old Kenny Arionus of Hornell was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and for violating the County's Social Host Law. The charges stem from Deputies responded to the Cedar Lodge located at 4341 Lakeshore Drive in the Town of Hopewell for a noise complaint. Kenny was found to be hosting a party where people under the age of 21 were consuming alcohol. Kenny was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana that was found in his apartment. He is to appear at the Hopewell Town Court on a later date to answer to the charges.
