On 11/2/12, around 11:49pm, 19-year old Ryan Ruckle of Canandaigua was located in a parked vehicle west of the Big Lots on State Route 5&20 in the Town of Canandaiuga, and found to be in possession of marijuana. Ruckle was issued an appearance ticket for U.P.M and will appear in the Town of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
