Two-Vehicle Accident On Number Nine Road In Town of Seneca

52-YEAR OLD LYNN ROBYN OF PENN YAN WAS TRAVELING EAST ON LEET ROAD AND STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF NUMBER NINE ROAD. ROBYN THEN PULLED OUT INTO THE INTERSECTION AND STRUCK A VEHICLE BEING DRIVEN BY 63-YEAR OLD DAVID DORMAN OF PHELPS, WHO WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON NUMBER NINE RD. DORMANS VEHICLE LEFT THE ROAD AND STRUCK THE CEMENT PORCH ON THE RESIDENCE AT 3909 NUMBER NINE ROAD. DORMAN AND ROBYN COMPLAINED OF CHEST PAIN THEY BELIEVED CAUSED BY THE AIRBAG. BOTH WERE CHECKED AT THE SCENE BY GORHAM/STANLEY AMBULANCE AND REQUIRED NO FURTHER TREATMENT AT THAT TIME, BOTH VEHICLES WERE TOWED FROM THE SCENE. ROBYN WAS ISSUED A TICKET FOR FAILING TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY. STANLEY FIRE DEPARTMENT ALSO ASSISTED AT THE SCENE,
