Canandaigua Police Dept reports the arrest of 24-year old Troy Bielewicz of Farmington following a vehicle stop on Chapin Street. Bielewicz was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher and failure to keep right. Bielewicz was released to traffic tickets for city court at a later time.
